Informatel is one of the original Premium Rate service providers having started in this space nearly 20 years ago.

Premium Rate

A Premium Rate number holder can bill the caller’s telephone or mobile phone bill thus providing a very simple way to collect fees and payments without the need to set up complicated credit/ payment schemes. Premium Rate numbers have a prefix of “190” and are charged a fixed rate per call or per minute. Alternatively, a “19” prefix allows fixed rate SMS’s to be sent or received. And don’t worry about payment collection. Through our long-term relationships with all the carriers we take care of that and provide you with a monthly payment.

Standard Rate

Not all services have to be charged at a premium, you may want to provide a free, value added service on behalf on a “1300” or “1800” prefix. SMS services can also be provided using normal mobile numbers with an “04” prefix.

Credit Card

Our credit card processing systems process real time transactions whether it’s Visa, Master Card, Bankcard, American Express or Diners Card and can be tailored to beginner or expert users. We can incorporate credit card capabilities into any of your IVR, SMS, mobile or web based applications.

Virtual Wallet

The online world is virtual why not your wallet? Our virtual wallet provides consumers an account with a nominated level of credit that can be accessed by credit card, premium rate (IVR and SMS) and other interfaces (pre-paid cards etc) to pay for our merchant’s products and services or through external providers.
